Pastebot, Tapbots’ excellent clipboard utility, can paste content between an iPhone or iPod touch and a Mac, provided that you install the free Pastebot Sync companion. Pastebot can accept individual images into the main clipboard or a specific folder, but it can also accept multiple images at once and store them as a group (note the arrows and 1/2 designation in the bottom toolbar). This is handy for selecting a few images from the desktop, or a bunch of images from iPhoto, and copying them all to Pastebot with just one stroke of Command+C.
