LaunchBar, a “productivity utility” from Objective Development, automatically creates “Best Of” lists from your iTunes library. Top-rated songs from artists, composers, and genres are accessible either by typing the right letter combination (say, BOBO for “Best of Bonobo”), or by finding iTunes, then hitting the right arrow key to access LaunchBar’s custom iTunes library features.

By default, LaunchBar’s minimum rating to create a Best Of list is four stars. You can adjust this preference (as well as which lists are created) by editing LaunchBar’s Index settings (invoke LaunchBar, click the gear menu and go to Index > Show Index).
