FTP On The Go PRO seems to be the first and only iOS app I can find that has adopted iCloud. While it’s not really designed to store and sync an entire site’s files between all your devices, a dedicated iCloud folder is meant to let you move a few files between your iPhone and iPad in case you need to work on them in different apps or different settings.
