KitCam for iPhone, my favorite camera app by a mile, can automatically upload all your photos (and optionally videos) to Dropbox, Flickr, and FTP. Each option is customizable as well, for example: you can pick which Dropbox folder is used and, with Flickr, you can automatically apply tags, pick a Set, and choose their privacy.

The best part: you can keep all your photos out of the Camera Roll by disabling that archive option. I like to keep plenty of photos away from Camera Roll (like product review photos and attempts at photography) because it’s an easy way to pollute Photo Stream and, thus, our Apple TV.
