If you have more than one account in Twitter for iOS, the most visible way to switch accounts is to tap the Me tab, then the Accounts button (next to the gear), then the account you want.
But if you simply long-press the Me tab from anywhere in the app, the Accounts picker appears almost instantly. Plus, if you tap any empty space in the Accounts picker, you can quickly add a new account.
